Flatpacks are a great way to get your own smartshax onto your patch of nature.

Flatpacks can be delivered to most locations both in Australia and worldwide.

The price of a standard smartshax flat pack includes delivery to the Sydney metro area are $180,000 plus GST.

There are 2 basic options for the finished Smartshax built by Upton Building. Both require a payment of $10,000 to start the process & get plans drawn up.


OFF the Rack Shax.(2 bedroom 15 x 4.2m plus 3x6m deck)
1. On the grid: the site has power, water & sewerage  The Burradoo.

from around $350,000 plus GST .


2. Self contained :solar power, composting toilet and a water tank. The Chewton, from around $400,000 plus GST*

*Prices may vary on isolated sites with no road access. Client pays fees for connections to power,water & sewerage supply.

*Some minor modifications may be necessary so that the Smart Shax complies with local council ordinances. These would be considered extra.
